Anitha Robert

Anitha is a registered nurse with over 13 years of experience in nursing in the UK and overseas, with 5+ years of experience in neonatal care services.
She has worked as a Lead Clinical Nurse Educator and Nursing Quality Deputy Lead overseas and has developed a great passion for implementing evidence-based practices and quality improvement services in the workplace.
She is always curious to learn and explore new learning opportunities.
Her current role in the EMNODN is in Education and Practice Development where she is committed to transforming care across the region by supporting and teaching in the educational programmes. She hopes to implement a safe learning environment within the neonatal nursing workforce and is looking forward to making a difference.
