Charlotte Dolby

Charlotte is a Registered Children’s Nurse qualified in neonatal speciality. She spent ten years at Nottingham University Hospitals, where she worked as a Clinical Educator, supporting staff development and delivering Newborn Life Support (NLS) training as an instructor.
Charlotte has a strong interest in education and the advancement of neonatal practice. In her current role as Education and Clinical Effectiveness Nurse and as a Professional Nurse Advocate, she supports the delivery of the Foundations in Neonatal Care programme, provides support to learners on the QIS pathway, and works closely with colleagues across network units to support quality improvement initiatives.
