Rebecca Jerome

Becki is a registered nurse qualified in specialty, she has worked at a level two unit for 141/2 years since qualifying as a pediatric nurse. She was FICARE lead for this unit over a period of 7 years and supported them with their BLISS accreditation. Her current role is Care Coordinator, where she is passionate about the implementation of Family Integrated Care for all neonatal units and families across the East Midlands. As Care Coordinator, Becki will also support the units to achieve Baby Friendly Initiative and Bliss Baby Charter Accreditation.
