Ukutyisa imibhobho

Ngelixa usana lwakho lufumana ukhathalelo losana lusenokutyiswa kusetyenziswa umbhobho osempumlweni okanye emlonyeni.

Kweli phepha ungafumana ulwazi malunga nokutya ityhubhu. Ngolwazi oluthe ngqo malunga nosana lwakho nceda uthethe nelungu labongikazi okanye iqela lezonyango elikhathalela usana lwakho.  

Yintoni ukutyisa ityhubhu?

 

Ukuncancisa ngombhobho kuxa ubisi lwebele okanye ubisi olungumgubo lunikwa ngombhobho omncinci ogqithiswa ngeempumlo zosana lwakho okanye emlonyeni ukuya esiswini salo. Iindidi zokutyisa ityhubhu ziquka:

  • I-Nasogastric tube feeding (ekwabizwa ngokuba ityhubhu ye-NG) - Oku kuxa kufakwa ityhubhu encinane ethambileyo empumlweni kwaye iyehle emva komqala, iphumele kumbhobho wokutya (umqalazo) ukuya kutsho esiswini.

  • I-Orogastric tube feeding - Oku kuxa kufakwa umbhobho omncinci othambileyo emlonyeni kwaye wehle ngomva womqala, ngombhobho wokutya (umqalazo) ukuya esiswini.

 

Iintsana ezizalwa ngaphambi kwexesha okanye ezigulayo zinokufuna ukutyiswa kusetyenziswa  isondlo sabazali (PN )  ekuqaleni.

Kutheni umntwana wam efuna ukutyiswa esebenzisa i-tube feeding?

Ukutya kwibele okanye ibhotile kufuna amandla, amandla kunye nokulungelelaniswa. Iintsana ezizalwe kwangethuba, ezincinci kakhulu okanye ezigula kakhulu ekuzalweni zinobonelelo olusezantsi lwamandla kunye nezondlo kunezo zizalwe ngexesha elifanelekileyo naxa zizalwa kakuhle, kubalulekile ke ukuba ezi ntsana zikwazi ukufumana ukutya okuncinci kodwa rhoqo okunesondlo kwi indlela engachaphazeli amanqanaba abo amandla.

Iintsana zangaphambi kwexesha kaninzi azikwazi ukulungelelanisa ukuncanca, ukuginya nokuphefumla de zifike kwiiveki ezingama-32 ukuya kwezingama-34 zokumitha. Iimeko ezithile zonyango zinokuthetha ukuba umntwana wakho ufuna ukutyiswa ityhubhu kangangexesha elithile, umzekelo:

  • Iziphene zokuzalwa ezichaphazela umlomo womntwana, umhlathi, umqala, isisu, okanye amathumbu

  • Iimeko zentliziyo kunye nemiphunga ezibangela ukudinwa okugqithisileyo

  • Inkxaso yokondla emva kotyando

  • I-reflux ye-gastroesophageal enzima (GERD)

Ibekwa njani ityhubhu yokutya?

Umbhobho wokutyisa ufakwa ngobunono ngempumlo okanye emlonyeni ukuya esiswini. Ityhubhu ijongiwe indawo echanekileyo ngokutsalwa umva isixa esincinci sesisu ukujonga ukusabela kwe-acidic pH (ubuya kufumana oku kuphela esiswini). Ngamanye amaxesha kusenokufuneka iX-reyi ukuqinisekisa indawo.

Ngaba ndingabandakanyeka ekunyamekeleni usana lwam xa lutyiswa ityhubhu?

  • Nika ubisi ngokucothayo ukuxhasa ukwetyisa kakuhle

  • Yazi into omawuyijonge ngexesha lokutya.

Oku kunokuziva kusoyika ekuqaleni, kodwa ngokuziqhelanisa kufuneka ufumane ukuzithemba. Ukuba usana lwakho luphilile ngokwaneleyo ukuba luphume kwi-incubator, wena kunye neqabane lakho ninokuba nonxibelelwano lwesikhumba nolusu nosana lwakho ngexesha lokuncancisa ityhubhu. Ukudibana kwesikhumba nesikhumba kuneenzuzo ezininzi kuwe nakumntwana wakho, kwaye kunceda abazali ukuba bazive besondele kusana lwabo kwaye bazithembe ngakumbi ekunakekeleni.

Usana lwam lunokuyeka nini ukutyisa ityhubhu?

 

Ekuhambeni kwexesha, unokubona umntwana wakho ebonisa iindlela zokondla ngexesha lokutya ityhubhu. Umzekelo, banokuvula bavale umlomo, bakhuphe ulwimi lwabo okanye bamunxe iminwe ngexesha lokutya kwetyhubhu. Oku kubonisa ukuba banokukulungela ukuziqhelanisa nokuncancisa okanye ukuncancisa ngebhotile.

Ukuba uceba ukuncancisa kwaye umntwana wakho uphilile ngokwaneleyo ukuba aphume kwi-incubator, ukubanika amathuba amaninzi okuba kufutshane nebele kunokumnceda ukuba afunde  ncancisa . Ngexesha lokutya kombhobho kunokuba lixesha elifanelekileyo lokwenza oku. Xa sele bekhulile kwaye benomdla ngokwaneleyo, ezinye iintsana ziya kuqala ukukhotha ubisi kwaye ekuhambeni kwexesha baziqhelanise nokuncanca. Njengoko usana lwakho luqalisa ukuthatha amabele amaninzi kunye nesondlo sebhotile, aluyi kufuna ukongezwa okuninzi kobisi olusuka kwityhubhu yokuncancisa. Oku kuya kuxhomekeka kumanqanaba amandla osana lwakho kunye nokukwazi kwabo ukulungelelanisa ukuncanca, ukuginya kunye nokuphefumla.

Abanye abazali banenkxalabo malunga nokutshintsha komntwana wabo ukusuka kwi-tube yokuncancisa ukuya ekuncanciseni, njengoko kunzima kakhulu ukulinganisa ubuninzi bobisi lwabo umntwana. Usana lwakho luya kubonisa iimpawu zokuba lufumana ubisi olwaneleyo, olufana neempawu zokuncancisa kunye namanapkeni amanzi namdaka. Iqela lezempilo elikuxhasayo liya kubeka esweni ukondla komntwana wakho kwaye liya kulawula nakuphi na ukongezelela okunokufuneka. Kuya kwenzeka ntoni ukuba usana lwam lufuna ukugoduka luvela kwiyunithi yosana olusanda kuzalwa luphethe ityhubhu yokuncancisa?

 

 

Ukuba usana lwakho lugoduka netyhubhu yokuxheshisela, ilungu labasebenzi beli candelo liya kukubonisa indlela yokutyisa nokunyamekela lombhobho ngokwakho. Isenokuba nguwe okanye umongikazi wendawo ohlala kuyo oza kuthatha indawo yombhobho xa ugoduka. Oku kuya kuxhomekeka kwiimfuno zomntwana wakho, izinto ozikhethayo, kunye nenkxaso enikezelwa yiyunithi.
