Quality Reports
We recently began the process of redeveloping our quality report, and are making use of SPC charts. For those unfamiliar with SPC charts, visit our guide to SPC Charts.
This report brings together the findings from cot-side visits undertaken by the EMNODN FiCare Team in 2026. It provides an overview of parent feedback received from across the Network, celebrating positive experiences whilst identifying key themes and areas for ongoing improvement.
