Lynn Slade

Lynn Slade is a Registered Nurse with over 24 years of experience across adult, paediatric and neonatal healthcare services. Most recently, she served as Lead Nurse for Neonatal Services at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.
Passionate about patient safety, clinical governance and quality improvement, Lynn is dedicated to supporting neonatal teams to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care. She has a particular interest in workforce development and is committed to ensuring staff are well trained, supported and empowered to provide the highest standards of care for babies and their families.
In her role as Deputy Lead Nurse for the East Midlands Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (EMNODN), Lynn works with neonatal units across the region to strengthen quality, safety and workforce initiatives, supporting the delivery of excellent neonatal services for all families.
